Real footage. Real ground.
This is not an RC track.
Future Car Park is being created on a real Catskills property.
No perfectly manicured little loop.
Instead:
- Hills
- Grass
- Dirt
- Rocks
- Mud
- Trails
- Woods
- Changing terrain
- And eventually snow
Choose a machine and see what it can actually do.
Get stuck. Get out. Climb something. Build something. Explore.
The RC fleet
What do you want to drive?
Radio-controlled machines. Full-size ground. New vehicles and experiences are continually being added.
01 / 04
Every time you come back, Future can be different.
Built for kids. Built for adults.
Why should the kids get all the fun?
Most family attractions work the same way:
- You drive the kids there.
- You pay.
- They play.
- You watch.
We wanted something different.
At Future, adults can play too.
- Drive with your kids.
- Race them.
- Operate construction equipment.
- Explore the property.
- Learn something new.
- Or choose one of our adult experiences.
Everybody gets to play.

Future Dads
Built around dads. Open to everyone.
Future grew partly from a simple realization:
There are plenty of places where parents can take their kids to have fun.
There are surprisingly few places where parents and kids genuinely want to be there together.
Future is designed differently.
- Kids can play.
- Dads can play.
- Families can play together.
And because our founder understands personally what it means to go through divorce while remaining a present father, Future will also host special programming for dads rebuilding their lives and relationships with their children.
Future Dads Days
Selected events will invite dads going through divorce and their children to experience Future complimentary.
- No seminars.
- No pressure.
- No catch.
Just come play.
Future welcomes moms, daughters, couples and families of every kind. Future Dads is one part of our broader mission.
Our mission
Play can be more important than it looks.
Life gets complicated.
- Work
- Parenting
- Divorce
- Stress
- Phones
- Schedules
Sometimes families simply need somewhere to get outside, do something together and remember how much fun they can have.
Future is being created around a very simple idea:
Bring people together through adventure, creativity and play.
Everybody gets to play.
Birthdays and private groups
This is not another birthday party.
Imagine giving a group of kids access to:
- RC trucks
- Excavators
- Tractors
- Construction equipment
- Outdoor challenges
while the adults actually enjoy themselves too.
Perfect for:
Birthdays
Family gatherings
Private events
Corporate groups
Father-and-child outings
Bring your own RC
Have your own vehicle? Bring it.
Take your crawler or off-road RC out of the backyard and onto real Catskills terrain.
Future plans to offer:
BYO sessions
Member days
Challenges
Competitions
Special events
Food and hangout
Come for the adventure. Stay for the day.
Food and drinks available on selected days through partners and pop-ups.
- Hang out.
- Meet other families.
- Meet other dads.
- Watch the action.
- Spend the day outside.
Eventually this area can include fire pits, food trucks, seating and gathering spaces.
Where Future is going
Today you play in Future.
Tomorrow you help build it.
Future phases can include:
3D printing
Design and print buildings, vehicle bodies and objects.
Build the world
Place your creations physically inside Future.
Smart vehicles
Cameras, GPS, sensors and digital profiles.
Augmented reality
Physical land becomes part of a digital game.
Future credits
Use credits throughout the experience.
Remote play
Eventually, players anywhere in the world may be able to control real vehicles operating physically at Future.
The video game becomes real.
Four seasons
The weather doesn't stop the game.
It changes the game.
Spring
Mud + trails
Summer
Off-road exploration
Fall
Leaves + changing terrain
Winter
Snow + tracked vehicles
This is one advantage of using real land instead of building an artificial indoor attraction.
